A Fascinating Story laced with wisdom!
Mark is a big shot in his community. The only child of a wealthy family. He lives in a 3 bedroom bungalow willed to him by his father.
He works in a reputable company and earns enough for himself. Lest I forget, he is a very generous man.
Recently, Mark bought 2 luxury cars for himself and has a 2016 sport utility vehicle as an inheritance.
His net worth is huge. There are no challenges he couldn’t handle as a big shot. His bond and stock keep him on top of the billboard.
One faithful day, Mark’s fiancee took one of his luxury cars to go shopping but unfortunately had an accident and was rushed to the hospital. The car which was under insurance couldn’t be recovered due to certain issues Mark couldn’t regain himself. However, the fiancee became well again and Life moved on.
On the eve of Valentine 2018, Mark decided to celebrate her love in a grand style. He invited family and friends and spent on impulse.
Things began to stagger for Mark, after much lost to stock market.
In 2020, Mark, a millionaire had most of his business trips and deals cancelled due to the outbreak of covid-19. Armed robbers attacked his car at an entrance of an eatery and succeeded in carting away his car. He was left with the one he inherited. His friends advised him to invest in cryptocurrency since the crypto world was making waves. He heeded to the advice and invested 2m into it. Today, the BTC has fallen and Mark is falling too. Due to the pandemic, the world is facing and as the new infection arises, the Omicron variant of covid-19.
Things have changed for Mark. Mark is an intelligent guy and knows about Real Estate but he felt reluctant because he already inherited one. For him, there is no point in acquiring too many lands or houses so he was comfortable with what the father left him. But when the father’s car was making him spend more on repairs he finally sold the car and decided to try Real Estate .He bought 2 plots of land for 5m barely 3 months the RIO has skyrocketed to 10m.
Had I known is Mark’s sing song as he wished he had invested in Real Estate much earlier.
Lesson Learnt:
Real estate is the only business that doesn’t crash: buy the future, invest in Real Estate. It will surely yield much for you in the future.
